The concept is straightforward: before any high-risk tool action executes — database writes, infrastructure scaling, external API calls, email sends — the agent must obtain an authorization token from a warrant service that performs risk scoring and, when necessary, routes the action to a human approval queue.

Built on the Vienna OS SDK, the implementation intercepts LangChain tool calls at the invocation layer, scores each action against a configurable risk rubric, and either auto-approves low-risk operations or holds high-risk ones pending explicit sign-off. Every action is logged with a full audit trail regardless of outcome.
